Hard to believe, but another summer has flown by, and a new school year is upon us! While classroom teachers were greeting their new students and handing out books and supplies, the Walker-Weber team were busy getting last-minute items ready for the library. We fixed some books; we updated the class lists so boys can start checking out books; we cleaned the office.
The first day is always quite low-key for us in Library Land, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have big plans for the coming year!
For starters, we have some new fixtures. Something this library has been lacking for many, many years: comfy seating!
